This conference will be hosted at Ambassador International Academy, Al Khail. Our conference is all about “Forging Pathways to Global Unity Through Consensus in Crisis”, this also means our crisis events will be spectacular and unforgettable!

  • We have constructively selected our theme as “Forging Pathways to Global Unity Through Consensus in Crisis.” This was done because the UN General Assembly declared the year 2025 as the “International Year of Cooperatives”, and the theme we have selected for our conference aligns with this perfectly.

MUN aka Model United Nations is a simulation of what the actual UN committee proceedings are. In these conferences, delegates must identify and address key issues and formulate solutions for the issues at hand.

Normally in the UAE, there are mostly HMUN-styled conferences, but THIMUN-styled conferences focus more on the solutions and these solutions can be sent to the actual UN at some point! THIMUN RoP puts a heavy emphasis on resolutions and amendments to those resolutions.

This year A’MUN is implementing this motion to ensure that there is productive debate within the committee sessions. The Chairs of your respective committees will explain this further during your Training Sessions!

Our first edition conference is on January 25th and 26th, 2025. Stay tuned for updates after that!
